My contribution
As associate game producer, I support production planning, sprint management, task coordination, and team alignment throughout development. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track project progress, contribute to product definition, and support business initiatives, including the project's participation at Gamescom LATAM 2026.
As lead game designer, I established the product vision, design pillars, and core player experience. I ensure design consistency across teams, review features to maintain quality standards, support QA processes, and help align development decisions with the project's gameplay and creative goals.

Experience and lessons learned
Holistic Game Design
I learned to approach game design from a more holistic perspective. Rather than designing mechanics for specific functional purposes, I focused on creating systems that could interact with one another in meaningful ways, allowing players to generate diverse situations and emergent gameplay experiences.
Scrum in Practice
This project gave me my first opportunity to actively apply Scrum in a production environment. Since the team worked on the project alongside other responsibilities, I learned how agile practices could be adapted to fit the team's reality, balancing structure with flexibility while participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination.
Business & Industry Exposure
Through this project, I had the opportunity to experience the business side of game development more closely. Participating in Gamescom LATAM helped me better understand B2B interactions, project pitching, industry networking, and how a game project is presented within a professional market environment.
